Tile and pitched roofing was installed by Prestige Roofing & Ground Work Ltd. The aesthetics are pleasing, though some tiles required realignment after a strong wind. The crew was polite and finished within the estimated timeframe. I’m reasonably satisfied but expect slightly better attention to detail.

Garage roof installation was mostly smooth, but a few minor leaks appeared after the first rain. Prestige Roofing & Ground Work Ltd addressed the issue quickly. The team was friendly and professional throughout. Overall, I’m satisfied with the responsiveness but not fully with the initial work.

Emergency roofing service was needed after a sudden storm. Prestige Roofing & Ground Work Ltd responded quickly, but the temporary patch wasn’t fully secure. The crew was courteous and tried to help. I appreciate the speed, but I expected a longer-lasting solution.

Tile roofing installation went as planned, but a few tiles shifted after heavy rain. The pitched roofing section looks aesthetically pleasing, but minor adjustments were necessary. The team from Prestige Roofing & Ground Work Ltd was courteous and professional. Overall, I’m satisfied with the result.

I requested flat roofing for our extension, and the crew worked quickly. Some water pooling occurred initially, which concerned me. Prestige Roofing & Ground Work Ltd corrected it after a follow-up visit. I appreciate their willingness to address issues.

We hired them for a dry verge system on our pitched roof. The installation looked solid, but the clean-up afterward was lacking. Some debris was left around the gutters, which I had to remove myself. The team worked efficiently but could pay more attention to detail.

Three workers from prestige roofing came to our house on the 12th November to quote for soffit, fascia and gutter work. They proceeded to do the work on the same day. We paid into a personal account that seemed to belong to the owner of the business. We were given nothing in writing and no receipt. The next day was rainy and rain water was pouring from the next door neighbour's guttering where prestige had connected it to our new guttering. There were other minor issues with the guttering but not ones that gave us concern. We contacted prestige by text and phone call several times over the following week without result. Finally we got a third party to fix the problem at further expense to ourselves. At this point, we had told Prestige not to come to our property any more. Once i posted my review prestige turned up unannounced shouting at us through our lounge window. We can not see any reason to give this episode more than one star.
